New Year New Menu - It's The Return Of Broken Eggs

New Year new menu here at Tapas Revolution with a return for the star of the show ‘Huevos Rotos’.

A Spanish classic, translated to ‘broken eggs’ Huevos Rotos is a staple made with baked chorizo, diced potatoes and our Galician eggs, which have a unique orangey yellow yolk, scattered with chives.

We are also introducing the warming, healthy and delicious veggie offering, 'Pisto con queso de cabra', a courgette, aubergine and pepper stew with tomato and herbs baked with goat's cheese along with Cogollos De Tudela Con Vinagreta De Panceta, a green salad with chorizo dressing and traditional cod stew Suquet De Pescado. 

For desert Crema Catalana, a Spanish style creme brulee, is a great way end to the meal as is the chocolate lover’s dream Cremoso De Chocolate.
